College Football Saturday: Michigan State at Michigan Highlights Today’s games

Bye weeks have their advantages and disadvantages. On one hand, your team isn’t playing so you may not have much interest in any particular game. On the other hand, your team can’t lose.

This week’s big match up is the Michigan State at Michigan game, taking place at 4:30pm PT on ABC. This game is always entertaining, no matter how the teams are ranked. I’m sure we all remember this:

#13 Miami at Florida State, 12:30pm PT, ESPN

While Florida State has been a conference title contender in the past, they find themselves unranked after a shoddy start to the season. Miami is in the title hunt at this point, so this game should be entertaining from a conference standpoint.

LSU at #21 Florida, 12:30pm PT, CBS

If you like flipping between games, here’s another one that will be fun to watch. The Gators lost a big wide receivers and the Tigers have two key players coming off of injuries, and they are also licking wounds from last week. LSU has something to prove, and a win against a ranked team would do it.

Oregon State at #14 Southern Cal, 1:00pm PT, Pac 12 Network

There’s nothing that interesting about this game except that I’m always on Southern Cal upset alert. I don’t think it will happen this weekend, but a girl can hope...

#1 Alabama at Texas A&M, 4:14pm PT, ESPN

I want A&M to look good against these guys so our win looks better. Again, we all know who’s going to win, but I’m hoping the Aggies at least put up a good fight.
