Chloe is not at the pound, she is in foster care, but meetings can be arranged. Release date 4/11. Chloe was an owner surrender, along with her son, Bud in cage 29. Chloe came to the pound in poor health, and had to have surgery. They removed countless stones from her bladder, some were very large. We can't imagine the pain this dog has endured. Chloe is doing good, and is in foster care recovering. She would not eat while she was at the pound, the stress and noise was too much for her. Chloe seems to be housebroken, and gets along well with two small dogs in the home. She is a gentle dog, on the calm side, easy to please, and she loves, loves, car rides! She also enjoys going for walks, and is easy to handle while leashed. Chloe needs a forever home, but her age is deterring people from adopting her, she is said to be 10 years young. She has been spayed, updated on her shots, micro chipped, and ready to go to her new home! If you love the senior dogs, you will adore this girl, she is a gem. Flea treatment will be provided if fleas are noticed. All dogs will be spayed/neutered and microchipped before leaving the facility. An e-collar may be purchased for $15.00. Because most of our dogs were picked up as strays, we have no knowledge of any behavior or health issues. Stray dogs are held for 72 hours before being placed for adoption.
