Did you realize John Wall is averaging career highs in points (22.9), assists (10.7), steals (2.0), and field goal percentage (45.1 percent)? Washington is having its best season yet, pushing past Toronto (for now) as the third seed in the Eastern Conference, and Wall is a huge reason why.
At halftime of Sunday’s game against the Jazz, he already has 13 points, seven assists, and three steals on 6-of-12 shooting.
How do you stop this? Wall totally turned Dante Exum around on his around-the-back crossover, hit the layup, and then stole the ball from him coming back up the court, leading to Wall finishing an alley oop.
