Eminem, whose real name is Marshall Mathers, shot to fame with huge hits like Stan and Lose Yourself, making him the bestselling artist of the 2000s in the US.

His personal fortune is reported to be $210 million - making him the sixth richest rapper in the world, ahead of artists such as Usher, 50 Cent and Kanye West.

The house listing comes after Eminem debuted a shocking new beard and bleach-free locks in a rare public appearance at the premiere of The Defiant Ones in June.

The rapper - who boasts 119.4million social media followers - captioned his Instagram snap: 'Just a couple of guys [Dr. Dre and Kendrick Lamar] from Compton and one from Detroit. With a beard. #thedefiantones'

The sparse facial hair was a drastic change from the 15-time Grammy winner's signature blond, clean-shaven look from his 2000 heyday.

Fans last heard from Eminem in February when he provided guest vocals on Big Sean's track No Favors, calling President Donald Trump 'a b****' and rapping about raping Ann Coulter.

Back in October, the Oscar winner tweeted that he was recording his ninth studio album after releasing the political single, Campaign Speech.
